Valuation

We are able to advise upon, and provide valuation reports on Market Value / Value for a wide range purposes at the required valuation date, in relation to residential, commercial and mixed use premises.

In order to calculate the Market Value / Value for the required purpose, we as Chartered Surveyors, Regulated by RICS, with Registered Valuers that are experts in valuations for a wide range of purposes can:

  1. inspect the flat / house / building;
  2. calculate the floor areas;
  3. research the market;
  4. consider the implications of any tenant’s improvements; and
  5. report on the Market Value / Value for the required purpose on the relevant valuation date.

We take account of factors that impact on Market Value / Value for the required purpose, including the terms of relevant leases, deeds of variation, and licences for alterations etc.  We advise on Market Value / Value for the required purpose at the valuation date.
