We have considerable experience of managing a wide range of commercial, residential, and mixed use property.

In order to report on and negotiate or otherwise deal with individual situations for the required purpose, we as Chartered Surveyors, Regulated by RICS, that are able to give Expert Evidence in Court and Tribunal, and with Registered Valuers that are experts in valuations for a wide range of purposes can:

1. inspect the flat / house / building;
2. calculate the floor areas;
3. research the market;
4. consider the implications of any tenant’s improvements; and
5. report on the issue / Market Rental Value / Market Value / Value for the required purpose on the relevant valuation date.

We take account of factors that impact on the issue / Market Rental Value / Market Value / Value for the required purpose, including the terms of relevant leases, deeds of variation, and licences for alterations etc.  We advise on the issue / Market Rental Value / Market Value / Value for the required purpose at the valuation date.
